About Adwords workflow:

  • After filling out the form below, we will provide you with an estimate for your campaign.
  • Once payment is made, we will provide initial campaign set-up based on products/services you’re offering
  • We will manage and optimise the campaign based on the agreed objective such as Leads, Sign-ups, Calls, Youtube Views
  • We will provide you with monthly performance reports
  • We can advise optimisations to your lead form or landing pages for optimal conversions
  • For Search campaign – we will provide ad copies for your approval
  • For Display campaign and Youtube video campaign, ad creatives are to be charged separately unless otherwise, you have all assets ready for uploading
  • Please be advised that Adwords cost per click varies for different industries and depending on the target location and demographics
  • We will be managing your accounts on an on-going basis and update you on the timesheet of what tasks and how long it take
  • You pay for all ads cost directly to Google
  • When would you like the campaign to start?
  • What would you like this campaign to achieve for your business? Examples: drive sales, generate leads, brand awareness, newsletter subscriptions, increase website traffic...
  • Maximum you want to spend per week on your ads only.
  • Please describe your business so that we could understand the background and the market you're in.
  • Describe your typical ideal client based on your observation. Include characteristics like age group, gender, income, interests, as closely as you can.
  • Is there any special offer that you would like to use in your campaign? Examples: 30% winter sale, Xmas sale, buy 1 get 1 free, 30 days free...
  • What separates you from your competitors, why are your services/products unique? Why should a client choose you instead of your competitor?
  • Please provide a couple of your main keywords that you think could be relevant to your business and for Adwords.
  • Are there any irrelevant keywords that you DO NOT WANT to show your ads for?
  • List your website's landing pages URLs here.
  • List a few of your main competitors' websites or names here.
  • What locations do you want to target in your campaign?
  • Conversion tracking may include any of the following: phone tracking, online enquiries, registrations tracking, sign-ups, product sales, etc.
  • The value you are willing to pay for each successful conversion in Adwords.
  • Please provide the login information for the following:
    1. Google Adwords account (if you have one)
    2. Google Analytics
    3. Your website admin login
    4. Your website server FTP login details
  • If you want to provide any files with your submission like your logo, samples of previous ads, brochures, etc.

    Adwords campaigns need time to generate useful, statistically significant data based on which decisions can be made more reliably. The smaller the daily budget the longer it may take to generate impressions, clicks and conversion data.
